✨ Basic Instructions: To use this subliminal, simply play the video at a gentle, comfortable volume, either through speakers or headphones, and go about your business. Listening while meditating, sleeping, or simply focusing on something else typically yields best results. It is alright if you “hear” the affirmations, as long as the volume is low enough that you don’t consciously understand them. This way, the affirmations can bypass the conscious mind into the subconscious. I recommend repeating the subliminal about 3-10 times - the more, the better - but it is important to know your personal limits, and it is perfectly fine to take breaks, if necessary.
